Accra:The Public Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center announced that the cumulative toll of the Israeli aggression from March 2 through October 11 has reached 4,387 martyrs and 12,424 injured. This brings the overall aggression toll since October 8, 2023, to 8,954 martyrs and 30,660 injured, the Ministry indicated.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, the report highlights the severe impact of the ongoing conflict, with significant casualties reported over the specified period.
