Bint Jbeil:Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah has dismissed claims that Iran influences Hezbollah's decisions, asserting that the group operates autonomously.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Fadlallah made these remarks during a memorial ceremony in Bint Jbeil. He emphasized that Hezbollah's priorities include ending the Israeli occupation, securing the release of prisoners, enabling displaced residents to return, and promoting reconstruction efforts.
Fadlallah further stated that any discussions regarding Hezbollah's weapons and the authority of the state should occur through national dialogue, but only after the withdrawal of Israeli forces. He also commended the Lebanese Army for its role in maintaining civil peace, criticized political opponents for creating divisions, and indicated that negotiations with Israel have stalled.
