Baghdad Head of the Asia and Australia Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ali Yassin Muhammad Karim, discussed with the Korean Ambassador to Iraq Jang Kyung-wook, the holding of the Iraqi-Korean Joint Committee meeting during the current year.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that: “During the meeting, issues of common interest were reviewed, the most important of which is the draft agreement to encourage and protect investment, and the draft agreement to prevent double taxation, in addition to holding a meeting of the Iraqi-Korean joint committee during the current year.”
