The launch, a collaboration with the Smart and Autonomous Systems Council, highlights the force’s commitment to leveraging innovative solutions to improve security operations.
According to Emirates News Agency, the initiative aims to bolster security especially in residential and off-road areas through the use of the autonomous vehicle. This next-generation patrol car is equipped with a reconfigurable internal structure that can be tailored to meet various operational requirements, enhancing its utility in diverse environments. The vehicle is also equipped with advanced AI technologies that support voice, data, video, and behavior monitoring capabilities, which are crucial for effective public safety maintenance.
