AMMAN: In a move aligned with royal directives, the 12th humanitarian aid plane departed for Lebanon on Wednesday aboard a Royal Air Force C-130 aircraft, marking another step in Jordan's continuous relief efforts towards its neighboring country. According to Jordan News Agency, the Jordan Armed Forces, in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, dispatched the plane loaded with vital food items, relief supplies, medicines, and medical equipment. This operation highlights Jordan's dedication to supporting Lebanon as it grapples with shortages in essential resources. Alongside delivering aid, the aircraft is tasked with repatriating Jordanian nationals from Lebanon, coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates. This action is part of Jordan's broader efforts to evacuate its citizens, prioritizing their safety and ensuring their smooth return home. The commitment to Lebanon remains ongoing, with additional aid flights planned as required, based on the evolving needs of the situ ation.
