GAZA: The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that it had carried out an attack on an Israeli infantry command group using an anti-personnel explosive device on Sunday afternoon. According to Maan News Agency, the attack occurred at 3 p.m., when the Qassam Brigades detonated a "television" bomb targeting an Israeli force composed of 12 officers. The group claimed that the operation led to the death of the commander of the 401st Brigade, along with severe injuries inflicted upon additional members of the unit, including a battalion commander. The Israeli occupation army has reportedly acknowledged these casualties.
