Beirut: Telecom operator Alfa has announced the restoration of services at five stations in the southern border region as part of its plan to repair damage caused by the Israeli war. The move is aimed at improving connectivity and communication in the affected areas, which have been experiencing disruptions.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the restored stations include Ibl al-Saqi, which covers Ibl al-Saqi, parts of Khiam, and Debbin. Marj station is now operational, providing service to parts of Marjayoun and Debbin. Rashidieh station covers Rashidieh, parts of Al-Hosh, and Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain. Bteim station serves Jbal al-Bteim and parts of Sediqin. Finally, Arnoun station covers Arnoun and parts of Deir Mimas.
Alfa has confirmed plans to restore additional damaged stations in the coming days, further extending network coverage and enhancing service reliability for residents in the region.
