Beirut: The Annual Hima Forum is set to take place at the Ras El-Metn Municipality Center, under the patronage of the Ministry of Environment and organized by the Society for the Protection of Nature in Lebanon. This event will feature a keynote speech by caretaker Minister of Environment Nasser Yassin at 10:00 am.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Ministry of Information, in collaboration with UNICEF, will unveil the official French-language website for Radio Lebanon alongside the redesigned Arabic-language website. This event, under the patronage of caretaker Minister of Information Ziad Makary, is scheduled for 1:30 pm in the ministry's main hall.
Later in the day, a jubilee mass for media professionals and communication workers will be organized by the Communications Office and Media Office of the Maronite Archdiocese of Beirut. The mass will be led by Archbishop Paul Abdel Sater and held at St. George Maronite Cathedral in Beirut at 5:00 pm.
Concluding the day's events, 'Media as Lebanon's Sanctuary 2' will be celebrated at the Liqaa Center in Rabweh. Hosted by 'The Land of Creators' and under the patronage of the Ministry of Information, this event will honor creative excellence with an awards ceremony. The celebration will include a red carpet opening at 6:30 pm, followed by the main event at 8:00 pm.
