Beirut: President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, met with Prime Minister Nawaf Salam to discuss the general situation in the country, focusing on developments in the South and the Bekaa amid ongoing Israeli attacks. The discussions also included preparations for an international conference set to take place in Paris next month, aimed at supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces and Internal Security Forces. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting between the two leaders also addressed the measures taken in response to recent building collapses in Tripoli. These measures include providing shelter to affected residents and reinforcing structures identified as being at risk of collapse.
