Riyadh:Lebanon President Joseph Aoun held a telephone conversation with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to discuss recent developments in Saudi Arabia following attacks on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and other civilian facilities.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Aoun condemned the attacks and expressed Lebanon's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, its leadership, and its people. He emphasized that the attacks pose a threat to the Kingdom's security and stability, as well as to regional security.
The Lebanese president underscored the importance of respecting Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, urging against targeting civilian and vital infrastructure. Aoun also extended his condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for those injured.
