Transport and Industry Minister Kamel El Wazir said the ministers concerned are coordinating efforts to increase the number of schools of applied technology from 52 to 200 nationwide. The minister's remarks came on Thursday at a graduation ceremony of El Sewedy School of Applied Technology. The Transport Ministry currently discusses the participation with the private sector to run vocational training centers awarding apprenticeship certificates, the minister said. He also underlined the great importance of technological schools for developing the national industry systems through promoting human resources to achieve the desired development.
