Arab Parliament Speaker Commends Oman’s Role in US-Iran Talks

Beirut: Arab Parliament Speaker Mohamed bin Ahmed Al-Yemahi welcomed Oman's hosting of the latest round of talks between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, praising Oman's sustained efforts to promote dialogue at both regional and international levels and to enhance security and stability in the region. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Al-Yemahi reaffirmed full support for the efforts of Oman and Arab states to avoid escalation, create a conducive environment for dialogue, and strengthen prospects for security, stability, and the prosperity of their peoples. Al-Yemahi emphasized that diplomatic solutions remain the safest path to resolving differences, respecting state sovereignty, and upholding international law.
