AMMAN: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, conducted a visit to the Department of Finance Directorate, where he was received by the director of the department. The visit focused on assessing the directorate's current procedures and future strategies aimed at enhancing the financial and administrative systems of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF). According to Jordan News Agency, Maj. Gen. Huneiti was briefed on the significant efforts underway to increase the efficiency of financial operations, including the introduction of modern technologies designed to elevate performance levels and provide superior financial services to JAF members. The army chief emphasized the necessity for ongoing development within the Financial Department Directorate to align with evolving financial sector trends, ensuring that the JAF's financial ecosystem remains robust and effective. Concluding his visit, Huneiti addressed several employees of the directorate, conveying the regards and trust of His Majest y King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He expressed his admiration for their exceptional professionalism and efficiency in fulfilling their responsibilities, reinforcing the importance of their role within the JAF.
