Baabda: Lebanese Democratic Party leader, Talal Arslan, on Tuesday called for a return to the spirit of the constitution and its implementation, urging the need to rise above personal interests.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Arslan expressed his hope from the Baabda presidential palace that the new government would embody the qualities outlined in the presidential oath.
