Berri Engages in Diplomatic Talks with Foreign Dignitaries in Ain al-Tineh

Ain al-Tineh: House Speaker Nabih Berri engaged in a series of diplomatic meetings in Ain al-Tineh, hosting several foreign dignitaries to discuss pressing regional issues and bilateral relations. The meetings took place at the Second Presidency, highlighting Lebanon's ongoing diplomatic engagements.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Speaker Berri welcomed Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Jos© Manuel Albares and his delegation. The discussions included Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon Jesºs Santos Aguado and Speaker Berri's media advisor Ali Hamdan. The primary focus of the talks was on the developments in Lebanon and the broader region, emphasizing political updates and strengthening bilateral relations between Spain and Lebanon.

In another significant meeting, Berri conferred with European Union Ambassador to Lebanon Sandra De Waele. Their discussions reportedly centered on the situation in Lebanon, political and field developments, and the ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement. The financial and economic conditions in Lebanon were also a topic of concern, along with legislative matters relevant to these issues.

Additionally, Speaker Berri bid farewell to Bangladeshi Ambassador Major General Javed Tanveer Khan, who visited on the occasion of concluding his tenure in Lebanon. This meeting marked the end of an era of diplomatic relations between Lebanon and Bangladesh under Ambassador Khan's term.
