Berri Engages in Series of Diplomatic and Economic Discussions in Ain al-Tineh

Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri convened with Jordanian Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan and his delegation at the Second Presidency headquarters in Ain al-Tineh, alongside the Jordanian Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid al-Hadid, and Minister of Public Works and Transport, Fayez Rasamny. The meeting focused on developments within Lebanon and the broader region, as well as the bilateral relations between Lebanon and Jordan.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri also hosted the Saudi envoy, Prince Yazid bin Farhan, accompanied by Speaker Berri's Political Advisor and "Development and Liberation" parliamentary bloc MP Ali Hassan Khalil. This meeting underscored the ongoing dialogue between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia.

Berri later welcomed the Chairman and Board members of the Tripoli Special Economic Zone, led by Hassan Dannawi, for a protocol visit marking their assumption of office. Discussions centered around the functioning of the economic zone and strategies to enhance its role in Lebanon's economy.

In the afternoon, Berri continued his meetings with MP Hagop Pakradounian, Secretary General of the Tashnag Party, to review the general situation in Lebanon, political developments, and legislative affairs.
