Beirut: Deputy House Speaker, MP Elias Bou Saab, said that Prime Minister-designate Nawaf Salam has no intention to exclude anybody, in remarks following his meeting with him during the non-binding parliamentary consultations for forming the new government on Wednesday.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Bou Saab emphasized that PM Salam is open and has expressed no intention to exclude any parties or individuals in the formation of the new government. This statement was made after a meeting between Bou Saab and Salam during the ongoing parliamentary consultations.
Bou Saab further mentioned that contact is ongoing with House Speaker Nabih Berri and the Prime Minister-designate, highlighting the collaborative efforts in the government formation process. The consultations are part of the preparatory steps towards establishing a new government structure.
