GAZA: Cellular communications and the Internet were Sunday evening cut off in the central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing Israeli aggression. WAFA correspondent reported that cellular communications and the Internet were cut off in the central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip due to the destruction of transmission and reinforcement towers by the Israeli occupation. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society also said that it is facing difficulty in communicating with the emergency operations room in the Gaza Strip, as a result of the damage to the communications networks. It is noteworthy that since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, the occupation forces have deliberately cut off communications and the Internet service in the Gaza Strip and prevented the specialized crews from repairing them, to deprive Palestinians from communicating with each other and prevent journalists from transmitting and covering the crimes committed against Palestinian people in the Strip.
