Beirut: The Civil Aviation's General Directorate (DGCA) has issued a statement urging passengers traveling from Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport to arrive three hours before their flight departure. This request comes in response to significant congestion during peak times, particularly in the morning, as the airport adopts new inspection procedures.
