Singapore: H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, attended a networking event with members of the UAE-Singapore Business Council during his official visit to the Republic of Singapore. The event focused on exploring investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and promoting the UAE's business-friendly environment to enhance economic and trade relations between the two countries. According to Emirates News Agency, the UAE is Singapore's top trading partner in the Middle East and North Africa region. H.H. Sheikh Khaled highlighted the robust economic, trade, and investment ties between the UAE and Singapore, stressing the importance of strengthening their comprehensive economic partnership. The discussions underscored a mutual commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation across essential sectors to achieve shared goals. The event showcased the significance of driving investment across sectors such as AI and innovation, advanced technology, education, energy, urban planning an d smart cities, sustainable economic development, and research and development collaboration. It provided a platform for business leaders and CEOs from leading Singaporean companies to engage with Sheikh Khaled and discuss enhancing economic and trade cooperation. Sheikh Khaled's delegation included prominent officials such as Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State; Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority; Faisal Abdulaziz Al Bannai, Adviser to the UAE President for Strategic Research and Advanced Technology Affairs; and several other key figures in the UAE's economic and governmental sectors.
