Tripoli: The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Minister of Defense "Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba", followed up today, Sunday, with the Military Prosecutor "Abdul Rahman Al-Ruwayati" and the Head of the General Authority of Military Judiciary "Abdul Salam Bin Gharbia" the progress of the work of the military prosecution and military courts. The government's media office stated that the meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the various parties to ensure the application of the law to everyone without exception, and to work on developing the infrastructure of military courts to ensure the achievement of justice, enhance commitment to legal procedures, and ensure the administration of justice within military institutions. Dabaiba stressed during the meeting the importance of adhering to legal standards in all stages of litigation and procedures related to military cases, stressing the need to maintain integrity and transparency in all operations.
