Beirut: The Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Premiership's Office has released its latest daily report, detailing a significant toll on human lives and communities. The report, issued on Saturday, highlights the ongoing challenges faced by those affected by recent hostilities.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the report notes that there are 1,024 martyrs and 2,740 wounded individuals as a result of the ongoing conflict. The report also indicates that 134,236 people have been displaced, with 33,117 families currently taking refuge in 644 shelters across the region.
The daily count of casualties includes 3 martyrs and 99 wounded, reflecting the continued impact of hostilities. The cumulative number of hostilities reported stands at 3,155, suggesting a prolonged period of unrest and danger for many communities. The Disaster Risk Management Unit continues to monitor the situation and provide support to those affected.
