Beirut: The Disaster Risk Management Unit at the Grand Serail has released a report detailing the current humanitarian situation. The report highlights the significant impact of ongoing hostilities, with a total of 137,774 individuals displaced and seeking refuge in 677 shelters. These shelters currently accommodate 36,608 displaced families.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the cumulative casualty figures stand at 1,461 martyrs and 4,430 wounded. Daily reports indicate that there have been 39 new martyrs and 136 newly wounded individuals. The report also notes the occurrence of 5,633 hostilities contributing to the crisis. The figures underscore the severe and ongoing impact of the conflict on the civilian population, with a notable strain on resources and emergency response capabilities.
