Egypt welcomes the agreement between the HoR and HCS on the CBL.

Tripoli: Egypt welcomed the agreement between the House of Representatives (HoR) and the High Council of State (HCS), under the auspices of the Acting Head of the UNSMIL, regarding resolving the crisis of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL). The Egyptian Foreign Ministry expressed, in a statement, its hope that this positive step can give the necessary push for the efforts of achieving stability throughout Libya. The ministry affirmed Egypt's intention to continue providing support for the efforts in coordination with different regional and international partners to protect the capabilities of brotherly Libyan people and achieve their hopes.
