Eighth Future Investment Initiative Conference Commences in Riyadh


RIYADH: The Eighth Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference is set to commence in Riyadh on Tuesday, October 29, under the theme “Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow.” The event, which will run until October 31, is being held under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. It is expected to draw approximately 5,000 participants from 90 countries, including heads of state, government officials, major corporations, and 500 speakers from various sectors.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the FII conference aims to explore ventures that align with Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on diversifying the Kingdom’s economy to reduce its reliance on oil. The FII Institute stated that the event will “ignite discussions on how investment can serve as a catalyst for a prosperous and sustainable future, pushing the boundaries of what is possible for humanity.” The conference is anticipated to be a convergence of global leaders, entrepreneurs, political figures, media personnel, and decision-m
akers from sectors such as finance, AI, sustainability, energy, geo-economics, and space.

The focus of this year’s conference, themed “Infinite Horizons,” is to challenge participants to think beyond traditional constraints and to explore investment opportunities that can address current challenges while paving the way for future possibilities. The FII Institute has emphasized that discussions will be data-driven to ensure insights are based on facts and actionable strategies. Established in 2017, the FII Institute is a global non-profit foundation with an investment arm and a singular agenda: Impact on Humanity. The institute aims to bring together innovative minds from around the world to develop real-world solutions in AI and Robotics, Education, Healthcare, and Sustainability.
