Emergency Committee and Ministers Gather to Discuss National Emergency Plan.

Beirut: A collaborative working meeting is scheduled to take place at the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council involving the Emergency Committee Coordinator, Nasser Yassin, the Environment Minister in the caretaker government, and Dr. Firas Al-Abiad, the Health Minister in the caretaker government. The focus of the meeting will be on presenting the national emergency plan, addressing the humanitarian and health situation, outlining assistance distribution mechanisms, and discussing emergency plans for vital sectors. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting is set to begin at 11:00 am. Following this, at 12:00 pm, the National Federation of Trade Unions in Lebanon (FENASOL) will conduct a press conference at its headquarters, located on the third floor of the Zheiri Building in Wata Al-Masaitbeh. The series of discussions and briefings aim to streamline efforts and ensure effective management of the country's current challenges.
