Free Patriotic Movement’s International Relations Official, Tarek Sadek, tweeted this morning on the awaited prime minister-designation, saying: “We will not name Mikati as prime minister, and we will give a short chance for the cabinet formation before resigning from Parliament. Mikati is the candidate of the Americans and the corrupt regime, while Nawaf Salam was Lebanon’s Ambassador to the United Nations and has a pan-Arab and pro-Palestine history…I do understand Berri, Hariri and Jumblatt’s support for Mikati, but why Hezbollah?”
