Fuel Prices Surge in Lebanon Amidst Economic Challenges

Beirut: Oil prices in Lebanon saw a significant increase on Tuesday, affecting gasoline, diesel, and household gas cylinders. The price adjustment has led to a rise of LBP 13,000 for both 95- and 98-octane gasoline, LBP 35,000 for diesel, and LBP 16,000 for household gas cylinders.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the updated fuel prices are now LBP 2,234,000 for 95-octane gasoline, LBP 2,252,000 for 98-octane gasoline, LBP 1,847,000 for diesel, and LBP 1,115,000 for a household gas cylinder. These increases come amidst ongoing economic challenges in the country, impacting both businesses and consumers who rely on these essential resources for everyday activities.
