GCC and EU to Hold First Summit Since 1989 in Brussels

KUWAIT CITY: The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the European Union member states will convene in Brussels on Wednesday for their first summit at the level of heads of states and governments since the initiation of official relations in 1989. According to Kuwait News Agency, the landmark meeting marks a significant step in diplomatic relations between the GCC and EU, aimed at strengthening ties and discussing mutual interests spanning economic, political, and security issues.
