Geagea Meets Hochstein.

Ain Baal: Lebanese Forces' leader, Samir Geagea, received yesterday at his Maarab residence, US presidential envoy Amos Hochstein, accompanied by US Ambassador to Lebanon, Lisa Johnson. Hochstein briefed his host on the ongoing negotiations aimed at reaching a ceasefire deal. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Geagea, for his part, stressed the necessity that solutions must be based on international resolutions 1559, 1680, and 1701. These resolutions pertain to the sovereignty and political independence of Lebanon, emphasizing disarmament of militias and the delineation of borders. The meeting highlights the continued diplomatic efforts to address regional conflicts and ensure Lebanon's stability through adherence to international frameworks.
