AMMAN: Prices of 21-karat gold, a popular choice among buyers, reached JD54.40 per gram as a selling price during Wednesday evening trading in the local market. According to Jordan News Agency, the Jordan Jewelers Association reported that while the selling price for 21-karat gold stood at JD54.40 per gram, the purchasing price was slightly lower at JD52.40. The prices for other karats of gold also varied, with 24-karat gold being sold for JD62.60 per gram and 18-karat gold at JD48.50 per gram.
