Hajjar Engages in Talks on Developmental Affairs and UNICEF Collaboration


Beirut: Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad al-Hajjar, held a series of meetings on Wednesday in his office with several lawmakers to discuss the general situation and developmental affairs. Among those he met was MP Edgar Traboulsi, with whom he explored the current circumstances affecting the country.



According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Minister Hajjar also engaged in discussions with MP Bilal Abdullah, focusing on developmental and service-related issues. The minister’s agenda included further meetings with MPs Cesar Abi Khalil and George Atallah, where they addressed concerns related to citizens’ affairs.



Additionally, Minister Hajjar met with UNICEF Country Representative in Lebanon, Marcoluigi Corsi, and his delegation. The discussions centered on enhancing cooperation between the ministry and UNICEF, aligning with the ministry’s strategic plan priorities to support vulnerable groups and promote local development.
