Beirut: Interior and Municipalities Minister, Ahmad Hajjar, on Tuesday received Lebanon's Ambassador to France Rabih Chaer and was briefed on the situation of the Lebanese community in France. Discussions covered the uptake among Lebanese expatriates of the biometric fingerprinting service recently launched at the Lebanese Embassy in Paris, as well as the facilities available to streamline their transactions.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting also addressed ongoing cooperation between Lebanese and French security agencies, as well as between municipalities in the two countries.
