Hajjar Meets Bahrain’s King Hamad to Discuss Bilateral Cooperation


Manama: Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad Hajjar, met with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain at Al-Sakhir Palace during an official visit to the kingdom, held at the invitation of his Bahraini counterpart. Hajjar conveyed the greetings and appreciation of President Joseph Aoun, wishing Bahrain and its people continued progress and prosperity.



According to National News Agency – Lebanon, King Hamad welcomed Minister Hajjar, asking him to convey his greetings to President Aoun and the Lebanese people. He praised the strong fraternal relations between Bahrain and Lebanon, stressing the importance of such visits in strengthening bilateral cooperation and coordination, particularly in the security field. The King reaffirmed Bahrain’s firm support for Lebanon’s security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.



For his part, Hajjar thanked King Hamad for the warm reception and hospitality, commending Bahrain’s supportive stance toward Lebanon and expressing Beirut’s keenness to further develop relations between the two countries in all fields for the benefit of both peoples.
