Beirut: Caretaker Minister of Public Works and Transportation, Dr. Ali Hamieh, met with a World Bank delegation headed by Alex Madeline on Friday to discuss the outcomes of the Bank's meetings with relevant stakeholders on reconstruction efforts.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the discussions focused on the ongoing preparations for the final report to be submitted to the World Bank's management. Both parties reached an understanding on the key elements of the Emergency Aid Project for Lebanon, which is led by the World Bank. This project aims to facilitate reconstruction, debris removal, and infrastructure rehabilitation across the country.
