Beirut: Following the ceremony in Martyrs' Square to commemorate Martyr Prime Minister Rafic Hariri, popular delegations flocked to Beit al-Wasat, raising chants of support and demanding that former PM Saad Hariri return to Beirut and resume his political role. Addressing the crowd, Hariri thanked attendees for coming to Martyrs' Square and to Center House, expressing deep appreciation for their loyalty to the late Rafic Hariri. He hoped that they would continue the journey together, praising their dedication and saying they represent the future and the country's hope for renewal.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hariri expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you for coming to Martyrs' Square and Center House, for this means a lot to me. You are loyal and loving people to this house and to Martyr Rafic Hariri, mercy be upon his soul. God willing, we will continue the journey together. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the future, and you are the ones who will revive the country. May God grant us the ability to live up to your kindness and devotion," Hariri affirmed.
