Hezbollah Criticizes Netanyahu and Declares Continued Resistance Against Israeli Actions

Beirut: Hezbollah has issued a strong condemnation of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing him of attempting to involve Lebanon in a unilateral agreement with the United States that Lebanon has neither approved nor had any input in. The group warned of the dangers this poses to Lebanon and reiterated its commitment to resist Israeli aggression.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hezbollah emphasized its legitimate right to target Israeli settlements in response to what it claims are over 500 ceasefire violations by Israel. These violations include acts of aggression by land, sea, and air, resulting in significant destruction and loss of life in Lebanese territories. Hezbollah asserts that the ongoing resistance is a justified response to the continued Israeli occupation and aggression.

Hezbollah criticized the Lebanese authorities for their role in a meeting in Washington, where they failed to publicly demand a halt to Israeli attacks or withdrawal from occupied lands. Instead, the Lebanese representative's praise for the American president was seen as an endorsement of continued Israeli aggression. This has led to Hezbollah's denunciation of Lebanese authorities for aligning with an entity they view as violating Lebanon's sovereignty and committing acts of aggression against its people.

The group further accused the Lebanese government of neglecting its duties by remaining silent as Israel continues its attacks, including demolishing homes and endangering civilians. Hezbollah called for clarity from the government regarding any alleged agreements that might allow Israel to continue its military actions unchallenged.

Hezbollah reaffirmed its commitment to resist any Israeli violations of the ceasefire, emphasizing its readiness to defend Lebanese land and people. The group expressed its distrust in diplomatic efforts and criticized what it sees as a negligent government. Hezbollah declared that the people of Lebanon remain the true defenders against Israeli occupation and aggression.
