Burj al-Shamali:MP Hussein Jishi of Hezbollah's Loyalty to the Resistance bloc stated that the United States has not met its objectives after seven months of conflict with Iran and is now in search of even a symbolic victory.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Jishi made these remarks during a Hezbollah memorial ceremony, emphasizing that Iran still holds the regional initiative. He pointed to significant developments in strategic areas such as the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab, and the Strait of Hormuz as evidence of Iran's continued influence.
Jishi also took the opportunity to criticize President Joseph Aoun's strategy, arguing that Aoun had misjudged the situation by opting for direct negotiations with Israel, which he sees as a flawed approach to regional developments.
