His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Constitutional Court President Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa on the achievement of HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, who finished first in the 120-kilometre race and the success of the Royal team in winning three races in Spain’s International Endurance Championship.
