Beirut: Lebanese Interior and Municipalities Minister Ahmad Al-Hajjar met today with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue Forum.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, during the meeting, discussions touched on the distinguished historical relations between Lebanon and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and their ongoing development at all levels. Talks also centered on ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields in a manner that serves the common interests of both countries and their brotherly peoples.
Furthermore, both sides addressed the efforts undertaken by the Lebanese government to strengthen security and stability in Lebanon, in addition to exchanging views on the latest regional developments and their impact on security and stability in the region.
