Iran’s Araghchi Calls US Approach ‘Irrational’ After Exchange of Strikes

Beirut: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Thursday criticised the United States, describing its approach as "irrational," "excessive," and "hegemonic," 12 days after an exchange of strikes between Washington and Tehran.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Araghchi made these remarks while speaking to state television during a visit to Tehran by Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi. Araghchi stated, "The problem lies in the United States' approach. It is irrational, excessive, and hegemonic, and it prompted a strong response from our side."
