Beirut: The "Islamic Resistance" has claimed responsibility for drone attacks on the settlements of Yir'on and Ein Ya'akov. The group stated that the attacks were carried out at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024, as an act of support for the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the defense of Lebanon and its citizens. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance reported that the drone strikes were executed with precision, successfully hitting their intended targets. The attacks were described as acts of solidarity with the Palestinian resistance and a measure to protect Lebanon's national interests. The statement emphasized the group's commitment to supporting regional allies in their struggle against perceived adversaries.
