Islamic Resistance Targets Israeli Military Positions in Kfar Shuba and Misgav Am

BEIRUT: The Islamic Resistance has announced coordinated missile and rocket attacks on Israeli military positions in the Kfar Shuba hills and the Misgav Am settlement. These actions were declared as a show of support for the Palestinian people in Gaza and a defense of Lebanon. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance issued two statements detailing the attacks. Statement 15 reported that at 3:20 p.m. on October 23, 2024, Islamic Resistance fighters launched a missile salvo targeting Israeli soldiers gathered between the Al-Samaqa and Ruwaisat Al-Alam sites in the occupied Kfar Shuba hilltops. The group described this operation as part of their commitment to defending Lebanon and supporting Palestinians in Gaza. In a subsequent statement, numbered 16, the Islamic Resistance claimed responsibility for a rocket salvo at 3:30 p.m. the same day, which targeted Israeli soldiers in the Misgav Am settlement. Both attacks were framed as acts of solidarity with Palestinian resistance effort s and as protective measures for Lebanese sovereignty.
