Beirut: Israeli air raids have struck several locations in western Bekaa and southern Lebanon, targeting towns and villages and causing significant destruction. In the Western Bekaa, the town of Qilya was targeted by an Israeli air raid, marking the beginning of a series of strikes across the region.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, an Israeli drone struck the southern Lebanese town of Kfar Dounine in the Bint Jbeil district. This was followed by airstrikes from Israeli warplanes in the Nabatieh district, specifically in the Ain al-Jamal area of Zibdin town, which led to the destruction of a house and resulted in the deaths of three individuals, including a Syrian national and two Bangladeshis.
Further strikes were reported in the Nabatieh district, where the town of Arnoun and the Hashem building on the Al-Namiriyeh - Al-Sharqiyeh road were targeted. An additional drone raid focused on the Al-Rahibat neighborhood in Nabatieh city. In an afternoon incident, a drone targeted the vicinity of a Lebanese Army vehicle and an ambulance from the Islamic Message Scout while they were with a team repairing electricity in Al-Rahibat, although no injuries were reported.
In the Bint Jbeil district, the town of Shaqra was also hit by an enemy raid. Other areas affected in the Nabatieh district included Jarjouh, where a house was destroyed following two waves of air raids. The town of Rihan in the Jezzine district and Kfarfila in the Iqlim al-Tuffah region were also subjected to air raids, as reported by the National News Agency correspondent.
