Beirut: Israeli enemy forces earlier on Wednesday set fire to homes in the town of Qantara in the Marjayoun district. Israeli military vehicles also advanced to the outskirts of Aita al-Jabal before later withdrawing towards Hadatha in the Bint Jbeil district. Meanwhile, the Ali al-Taher heights on the outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa came under intermittent artillery fire from 9:15 a.m.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the situation in South Lebanon remains tense following these aggressive actions by Israeli forces. The setting of fires and artillery strikes have heightened concerns over the escalating regional tensions. The affected areas, including Qantara, Aita al-Jabal, and Nabatieh al-Fawqa, are reportedly experiencing significant distress as residents face the consequences of these military actions.
