Israeli Military Actions in Gaza Result in Over 770 Deaths, Thousands Displaced

GAZA: The Israeli occupation army has been accused of killing more than 770 individuals in Jabalia camp and its surrounding areas over a span of 19 days. The military operations have also resulted in over 1,000 injuries, with dozens reported missing, further intensifying the humanitarian crisis in the northern Gaza Strip governorate. According to Maan News Agency, the situation has been exacerbated by the destruction of the health infrastructure, including the bombing of four hospitals-Al-Yaman Al-Saeed, Al-Awda, the Indonesian Hospital, and Kamal Adwan Hospital. Medical supplies are depleted, and healthcare services are unavailable for the more than 100,000 wounded and sick individuals in need. The targeting of medical personnel has also been reported, with the execution of Dr. Muhammad Ghanem at Kamal Adwan Hospital highlighting the grave risks faced by healthcare workers. The ongoing conflict has led to the forced displacement of thousands of civilians, primarily women, children, and the elderly, from th eir homes and shelters under threat of violence. Many displacement centers, housing tens of thousands, have been destroyed, raising concerns about potential crimes against humanity. Eyewitnesses have recounted incidents of deception, where civilians were directed to supposedly safe corridors only to be fired upon, resulting in numerous executions and abductions. The government media office has expressed fears of further executions and has criticized the destruction of residential properties and infrastructure through the use of explosives and military equipment. The international community has been urged to facilitate the opening of humanitarian corridors to deliver essential medical supplies and food to the besieged population. There is a call for global condemnation of the actions described as murder, genocide, and ethnic cleansing, and for international pressure on the Israeli occupation to cease these actions. The responsibility for the ongoing humanitarian crisis is attributed to several countries, inc luding the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France, with demands for urgent intervention to alleviate the suffering in the region.
