Kuwait Amir congratulates Mauritania Pres. on re-election

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania Mohamed Ghazouani on his re-election.
