ANKARA, Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister, Defense Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah on Thursday visited Kuwait's Minister of Oil Imad Al-Atiqi in Turkiye, where he is receiving medical treament, representing His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
