Kuwait Naval Force to Conduct Maritime Training Explosions Next Week

KUWAIT CITY: The Kuwaiti Army has announced that its naval forces will be conducting maritime training explosions starting this Sunday, continuing through Thursday. The exercises will occur daily from 7 AM to 6 PM in designated firing zones. According to Kuwait News Agency, the Directorate of Moral Guidance and Public Relations released a statement indicating that the training will take place in a specified maritime firing range. This area is located 16.5 nautical miles east of Ras Al-Jlaiah, extending toward Failaka Island, and six nautical miles east of Ras Al-Zour, extending to Umm Al-Maradim Island. The Directorate has advised citizens, residents, sea-goers, and fishing enthusiasts to avoid these areas during the scheduled period to ensure safety. The military exercises are part of routine training aimed at enhancing the operational readiness and capabilities of Kuwait's naval forces. The Directorate emphasized the importance of adhering to safety guidelines to prevent accidents during the operation.
