KUWAIT CITY: His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, welcomed Bahrain’s Foreign Minister, Abdullatif Al-Zayani, at Seif Palace on Sunday. The meeting, which took place in the presence of Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, was part of the 11th session of the Kuwaiti-Bahraini high joint committee.
According to Kuwait News Agency, the discussions centered around the robust bilateral relations between Kuwait and Bahrain. The officials explored various avenues for enhancing cooperation, with the aim of fostering further progress and prosperity for both nations and their citizens. The talks underscored the commitment of both countries to strengthen ties and collaborate across multiple sectors.
Also present at the meeting were Abdulaziz Dakhil Al-Dakhil, Head of the Prime Minister’s Diwan; Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Ambassador to Bahrain; and Ambassador Najib Al-Bader, the Assistant Foreign Minister for GCC Affairs. Their attendance hig
hlighted the significance of the discussions and the ongoing diplomatic engagement between the neighboring Gulf states.
